Triple X - WXXX

I want to know more about the 95 Triple X station. Is it all local or satellite? Do they not have money to stream online or what? Are the DJs rude or nice?

They had a decent morning show last time I tuned in. I also heard some local DJ's. So as far as I know they DJ's aren't rude :). It will be interesting on the day they do start streaming online. Overall in my opinion, it's a decent station and it has me tuned in when I'm in Burlington visiting.

Tripple X is a locally run station as far as I know. I really want to work there but I have to finish this thing called "school" :'(

The X is locally owned/operated with a few syndicated shows. What the DJ's are like is a bit subjective, but I personally like all of them. In fact, The X was the first professional radio job I had, back in the early to mid 90's.

I hear rumors of streaming, but it's not their focus - they want a high quality and content rich broadcast, and that's what they deliver that to their audience, and don't seem to worry about people who aren't in their audience. It's something that, perhaps, more radio stations should do.

They don't stream because for them, it's cost prohibitive.

Some of their employees are very nice, and I remain good friends with many of them several years after my time there.
