Trivia Question

This is for all you old Wibbage listerners or aircheck enthusiasts...name all of the djs who worked both at WIBG and CKLW in Detroit/Windsor On.? There were several of them.

Paul Drew the PD; Gary Mitchell; Ed Richards, John Rode...and I might be wrong about Gary Mitchell. Bob Foster didn't work there, None of the Johnny Williams' worked there; Ray Gilmore was a carry-over; Joe Niagara of course was a carry-over; Bill Todd was from WMID; Bob Savage was from WMID; Tony Edwards was Bob Allen from WFIL; Happy Jack was Jim Quinn from KQV; Duke Roberts was from upstate NY somewhere, but worked at CHUM or CKFH, but not CKLW. Tom Rivers worked at CHUM and maybe CFTR, but not on CKLW.I don't believe any of the newsguys worked at CKLW either.

Fennessey, part of your names are correct...some of them , I not sure of...I do know you missed two big names, who are now deceased. I'll give, what I think is the correct answer Friday night

Hmmmm.
This looks like a job for Super Sam.....
Sam Lit? Are you there? We need you.

Since not too many of you were interested with my trivia question, the answer is Ed Richards, Gary Mitchell, Duke Roberts, Bill Winters, Big Tom Rivers, Bob Savage and Paul Drew(pd), although he made guess appearances on the air at the Big 8....a side note...other Philly alum who worked there were,Jim O' Brien(pd), Chuck Browning(WFIL) and Bill Hennes(pd WIFI). Thanks to all who who made guesses, that were somewhat correct.

Superjock,

Your list of Philly alum that worked at the Big 8 is short a name.

Bill Grady, who worked as the ND at WIFI 92 in at least the summer of 1974.

So said Grady himself.
