Here's my best shot... :) :D

KYW-FM (105.7 - 1956-1965)
WABQ-FM (106.5 - 1959-1960)
WAKR-FM (97.5 - 1948-1968)
WBOE (90.3 - 1946-1978)
WCJW (104.1 - 1965-1972)
WCUE (96.5 - 1958-1977)

WDBN (94.9 - 1960-1988)
WDGO (95/5 - 1960-1962)

WERE-FM (98.5 - 1948-1972)
WEWS-FM (102.1 - 1947-1950) --- I doubt it was on for that long; Scripps likely ran it as a training ground for WEWS/5; WDOK came on in 1952 long after WEWS-FM was turned off...
WHK-FM (the 1960's version) (100.7 - 1946-1968)
WLRO-FM (never existed) --- there was a WLRO/1380 from 1969-1984, and WZLE/104.9 from 1975-1999...
WLYT (92.3)
WNCR (99.5 - 1970-1975)
WZZP (106.5 - 1977-1984)

Good job Nathan:
A few comments:
I never knew WABQ was ever on 106.5..of course, 106.5 was ethnic WXEN before WZZP

WEWS-FM was on the air at least into 1949.  I have old listings for it and WERE-FM from February of that year..

103.3 was WCUO in the early 1950's brfore WCRF came along in 1958..
Before WDGO/WCLV, WSRS-FM (AM 1490) was positioned at 95.3 FM..

I also saw 1948 Plain Dealer listings for a WLAL on 104.9 in Lakewood..

100.7 had the call letters WHKX in the late 1940's (again according to the PD)

In Akron-Canton..

WFAH-FM originally was on 101.7 FM  before moving to 92.5 (Now WZKL)
92.5 was the original WAND-FM Canton(AM companion on 900) Late 40's early 50's

94.9 was originally WCMW-FM Canton (AM 1060) before moving to Medina eventually as WDBN

106.9 was originally WCNO (co-owned with WCNS-900) then WNYN-FM, WHLQ (Co-owned with WHLO-640) now WRQK

After WFAH vacated 101.7, WJER Dover occupied the frequency from 1969-2007 when WHOF was brought into being..(WHOF was on 1060 with a country format in the mid 1960's..)

Too bad that none of the original owners of the FM channels in Akron-Canton had the foresight to hold on to the stations through the years..

One more:105.1 WQXK was originally WFMJ-FM then WSOM-FM

Mr. orbal pretty much nailed it, although I did have on what I beleive to be good authority that 104.9 had the WLRO-FM call letters as a sister station to WLRO/1380. 106.9 in Canton, I beleive, was WCNS, while the AM on 900 was WCNO. It was also WOOS from 1978 to sometime in the 80's.

I still remember WHLO/640 in its first talk incarnation, under Susquehanna in the 1970s, signing off at California sunset.

"For the best in beautiful music, tune to WHLQ, 106.9 FM"

Not a problem. ;D

WZLE was actually established by the then-operators of WLEC in Sandusky (hence, the shared "LE," although it also stood for Lorain and Elyria) and had studios in the Sheffield Center. 1380 and 104.9 weren't co-owned until Vernon Baldwin bought them both in 1990, by then 1380 had the WRKG calls.

Not to nitpick, but according to Industry magazines of the mid 1960's, (From David Gleason's fine website) WCNS was AM 900 and WCNO was FM 106.9..
