Hi guys and gals of the Phoenix metro area radio info boards. I have a rather stupid question I would appreciate clarification on. MIX96.9 runs these promos every so often for concert giveaways. The voice over used for the spin the wheel is Troy McClure. I realize Phil Hartman is no longer alive and the Simpsons have retired the character. How are they able to use the voice today for the bands and artists current? Do they just mash up his voice from previous recordings and use a computer to make his voice come alive today? Is it another person who sounds like Phil Hartman? I would appreciate some understanding regarding this matter. Major radio novice here, not an expert like you all (since you all have worked in radio or so you make it appear that way by your posts). Thanks guys.

Charles.

JerrryKidd & jeffinaz thanks for your help guys.
