TRU-OLDIES 95-5

Today WPLJ announced that Scott Shannon's True Oldies format will debut on New York's 95-5fm starting April 7th. Please note today's date and take it from there.

I don't have an HD Radio, but it's my understanding Shannon's True Oldies format is on WPLJ's HD-3 channel.
:) action central

Terry, I do (have an HD radio) and TOC is currently on WPLJ-HD3. I'm not sure why they didn't put it on HD2 and replace "The Worst Of The 80s" format that they have there, but both are head and shoulders above the programming they had before. (70s songs playing with no processing from what sounded like a CD jukebox on HD2, and 80s "programmed" the same way on HD3 (in mono).

If I can get "TRU-OLDIES" on 95.5 WPLJ FM, then I would like to hear the station use a echo reverb just like
77 WABC Music Radio did during the 1960's and 70's! :)

If This Isn't An April Fools Joke, Will Programming Include "Imus In The Morning"

As Has Happened In Other Markets?
