Truth Or Consequences

According to several well-placed sources, Mary Berner, the new CEO of Cumulus is sending surveys and questionnaires to Cumulus employees. A staff member in a small market cluster reports the questions run along the lines of "How do you like working for Cumulus?" and "What could we do better?" and possibly the most telling, "What are you afraid we will do?" One Cumulus PD actually answered the questions, returned the form and received a personalized 'Thank You' from the new CEO. It seems to be an empowering first move by Berner. Hopefully, she values the objective input from the company's employees. Then again... perhaps we should check back in three months.
 
I've gotten surveys like that from my employer but they were always anonymous. I'd be afraid to answer them honestly if my name was attached.
