Trying to ID a Mexico station on 1050

So far my only positive ID on 1050 is 100 kW XEG "La Rancherita de Monterrey." The only other station I've heard on that frequency is a weak station from the NE or SW playing norteña-style music. It has never faded up clearly over XEG for more than about 60 seconds.

Last night while in a nearby park just before 8 p.m. with my little Tecsun PL-380, I finally managed to get a partial ID of that station. It was "95.9 FM, 1050 AM."

Could this be XEVUC in Villa Unión, Coahuila? That would match the SW direction, and 95.9 XHVUC is from that location. However, XEVUC is shown as being on 1520 in the WRT Handbook, Radio Locator, and the MW List site.

I found a few Internet posts from a couple of years ago which stated that XEVUC was actually moved to 1050 but that the change has never been reflected in government station lists.

I can't think of what else it could be. In the past, the brief audio has never matched the streams for XERIO, XEIP, XED, XEDC, XETAB, or XEZUM. (I can't find streams for XEJF, XEQOO, or XEBCS, and their listed formats don't seem to match anyway.)

Thanks, Raymie. Much appreciated.

It's interesting that the letter is from 2011 and the "official" lists still don't have the station on 1050.
