I tried to upgrade my subscription to include an online account, through the XM website. I used the radio ID for two seperate radios, on two seperate attempts, only to have an error message come back that neither one was eligible for upgrade. Despite the fact that both radios are registered to my account. Is anyone else having this problem? Are they just trying to get me to call customer service so the can bang me over the head about switching to a lifetime subscription? I already renew on a monthly basis.
