TU MUSICA, KAMA And KPTY

Seems like the BIG mystery about what will Univision do with KPTY when it goes to Winnie on 105.3 has been answered (SO FAR) as I look at radio-locator.com it states that KAMA is running on 8700 watts. KPTY will be running at 50,000 watts and it will be covering a much bigger area to east Texas. Tu Musica is already using the call signs KAMA and KPTY.
 
The big IF is 105.3 moving off the sand dune - construction of a new tower has not started yet? My understanding was the original location was rejected by the landowner.
