Tube rebuilders who is best

I think this has been asked before but I couldnt find it.
I have a 4CX3500 to rebuild. I have been using Freeland Products with good results. I have had no experence with anyone else so I am asking who do suggest I try. Do the rebuilds from one company last any longer than from another company? Who stands behind there warrenty?
Thanks

I use Econco. I've had good luck with their rebuilt tubes for the most part. The few that were either bad out of the box or went bad shortly after install were replaced immediately with no problems.

I've also had a few premature Econco failures in the past 2 years...Been using Econco for over 30 years--the failures are strictly a recent issue that hopefully they will be correcting. Each time I've returned a premature failure dud, I've asked that they find out why it failed...only answer I can get is that "it tested fine here except on the stress test"...whatever that means.

Has anyone actually used Zonum? One of my clients tried contacting them a year or two ago and they would not respond.

Econco vs Freeland? Moot point...Econco bought Freeland out : http://www.prnewswire.com/news-rele...ion-acquires-freeland-products-139229858.html

I have good tube life out of Zonum rebuilds on my Continental, Collins, and Gates/Harris tube rigs. And they take good care of my needs.

Thanks for all the info. I knew that Econco bought Freeland. That is why I am shopping around. I will call Zonum and get price and warranty information. It sounds like Econco and Zonum are both good. I'll let management decide if there isnt a lot of difference in warranty and price. That way if we do have a problem. I didn't do it.

Thanks for the Help!

Zonum is staffed by former Freeland employees.

One reason rebuilds 'ain't what they used to be' is that the materials used, particularly ilament materials, is now sourced from the Heathen Chinee. The quality is not what it was, consequently the tubes sometimes don't do as well.

My experiance with Econco is last time I called them, I was told in brokne English my employer didn't have an account. The conversation ended there, I bought off Freeland, with whom I'd had good luck over the years. I dunno what I will do now.
