"Tucker Carlson: Unfiltered" ran on Friday nights in some areas as well. It was intended, along with the Wall Street Journal Report, to be part of a "right" leaning balance to what some perceived as a "left" leaning bias in the program "NOW" when it was an hour long and had Bill Moyers as host. Since then, "NOW" has been cut back to a half-hour, David Brancaccio has taken the reins as host, and both "Unfiltered" and the WSJ Report have left PBS.
Tucker went to MSNBC to host "Tucker", currently on at 4 and 6 PM ET. The WSJ Report remains in production but has moved from PBS to the FOX News Channel weekend lineup.
There are rumors of "NOW" being expanded to an hour again, within the next year or so. David Brancaccio, IMO, has managed to stay neutral, and if the program ever had an excessive bias, it no longer does.
