TUDN Radio 93.3 and 104.9

Maybe it’s just cause of the soccer cup going on. But FÚTBOL DE PRIMERA is airing on 93.3 and 104.9 at this moment
 
The only thing I can think of is that TUDN may have promised Copa America coverage on both KQBU-FM and KLAT. But with the unexpected loss of KLAT's night time site, a KAMA simulcast may have been needed to satisfy broadcasting agreements.

Or maybe Univision just had a brain fart.

No, its about the money. Even KLTN is broadcasting the Copa America games, select games of Mexico. And its not just Houston. Its nation wide, Televisa Univision selected FM radio stations at each market to broadcas the games. Its about money.
 
Yeah it’s back to Latino Mix. Also noticed their RDS has been super weak. Got it downtown but haven’t had it in Montgomery County
