NYC viewer said:WKOB appears to have dropped TUFF TV. What is on that network's schedule is not what is airing over the air on ch 42.4 WKOB airs at the top and bottom of each hour a slide indicating History Of Television, and www.hottvchannel.com.
The website only has links to schedules for two other affiliates, in Dallas and Houtson. Luken's website, http://www.lukencommunications.com/ still has a link to TUFF TV and also another network, myfamilytv (formerly known as Faith TV) and that network's website lists that its NYC affiliate is WMBC TV 63 and also CGN (which is on WMBC 63.3). HOT TV does have a facebook page at:

What's going on here? All for more classic TV programming, but it seems as if things are getting weird on WKOB.
NYC viewer said:> I had WKOB on yesterday afternoon and it looked like TUFF TV on 42.4.
Not possible. I had it tuned in yesterday and nothing on the TUFF TV schedule matched what was shown on 42.4. Also, WKOB did air a slate at the top and bottom of each hour identifying it as HOT TV with their website link and never did any ID for TUFF TV ever appear on air. Also, just received a reply from the website email link confirming that TUFF TV was dropped and looking at the HOT TV schedule for Dallas seems to match up perfectly with the lineup that aired yesterday on 42.4.
WizeBuys (http://www.wizebuys.tv/) was added a few weeks ago on 42.5. RTV II and PBJ (the classic cartoon network) have launch dates for this July.
NYC viewer said:The website is almost non-existent, however it is hottvchannel.com and follow the link to Dallas as I have been told that WKOB will mirror that schedule for the most part on 42.4
ansky212 said:The RTV program lineup has been changed on WSAH too, unfortunately. I think it's a network-wide RTV change. I have no interest in any of the shows on the new lineup.
Ron said:RTV changed the lineup across the board yesterday without informing anyone. The seem to have lost the NBC/Universal library.
NYC viewer said:If you look at the PDF of RTV's schedule, it clearly indicates that it is issued quarterly. A change in programming at the end of each March, June, September and October should not be such a surprise. Agreed, most of the quality is gone with the new lineup. I guess I'll tune out for the Summer and check out their Fall schedule in a few months.
Ron said:That disclaimer is there for YOUR benefit, not mine. It's also there because that is the window we are allowed to make changes. But in the past those changes have been minor.
It is customary and proper for a network to send this information to its affiliates weeks, if not months, in advance.
