I know you can get WSM-AM, Lightning, Mix/Jack, Buzz/The Game and the Hippie. I'm fairly certain you can't get any of the Clear Channel or Cumulus stations.

Should be able to get most stations streaming not Clear Channel or Cumulus... for those you need Clear Channel's 'iHeart' app.

Besides the ones mentioned above.. I checked and looks like the NPR station and Classical station in Nashville and Salem's station are also accessable via Tune In.

Pretty Much all of the Clear Channel Stations are on iheart radio

This link also has radio groups which are affiliated with iheart, but because they don't own it, it's more of a freedom of choice for them.

I have been able to listen to Hippie Radio 94.5 on tune in;

However, you will have to type in hippie radio in the search engine to find it because it isn't in the local stations section in Nashville for some reason

I have noticed that I Heart Radio skips out a lot. With Tunein it doesn't skip that often problem is the stations that are on IheartRadio aren't on Tunein. So you have a more selected choice on Tunein since Clear Channel tries to own everything.
