Tunein.com

Has anyone else had any problems with tunein? Last Friday, one of my two radio stations disappeared from their database right before a high school football game. Click on the app and it says this station does not stream. Search on the web page and it says there is no such station listed. It worked fine earlier in the day.

I have sent a number of messages through their help system and gotten no response over several days. And of course there is no phone number anywhere to be found.

It's very frustrating because I was temporarily using their website as the player from the website link, and now I've just disappeared. My other station is perfectly normal.

Do you only run your ball games and not stream the rest of the time? If so, they might have deleted it automatically somehow when their bot didn't see a stream anymore at the time it checked.

No I stream 24/7. I have another station that used to stream but hasn't had an active stream in months and it's still listed.

The lingering problem is the roadblock I hit with a blank pop up when I try to relist it.

Finally heard back from tunein after bypassing their support system and tracking down an actual e-mail address.

They said my server "servermp3.com" was a known carrier of malware so they deleted the stream and in the process accidentally deleted the whole station from the database.

Problem is my stream was on servemp3.com (no extra r) which is hosted by no-ip.com I'm pretty sure they're not spreading malware. I was told my station had been added back to the database and I could choose a new server and strart fresh. But two hours after that e-mail, I'm still not listed and it's still not letting me put a new station in.

Given how long it takes these folks to respond, I'm not optimistic I'll be back up by my next Friday night ball game.

I've been trying for two months to get an AIR API partner ID and keep getting a canned response; "Thank you for contacting us regarding this issue. We apologize for the delay in getting back to you. Please let us know if the updates you've requested have still not been made or if there is anything else we can do to assist you. "

I wasn't requesting an update, I just wanted an PartnerId and PartnerKey to access their API to get real-time content over to them.
