Are those 12+?

In other words, are those the ratings that no serious broadcasting proffesional puts much stock in?

My 2 immediate questions, where are they at 25-54, and where are they at in their target demos.

Because there are a lot of stations that suck 12+, who do JUST FINE 25-54 or, more importantly, in their target demos...
