TV 12 HD problem?

Just was flipping by the HD channels on Comcast and noticed that 12.1 on channel 240 was in SD and simulcasting analog TV 12. Their HD programming that is usually on 240 is being broadcast in SD on 12.3 or 242 on Comcast, the channel that is off the air when they are doing HD. I cought a blurb about some technical issues that they are working on to get HD back. It seems like their digital is working, just not HD. Some of their programming that I wouldn't watch in SD, I end up watching because it looks great in HD and if you miss something, set the DVR, it's usually on 2 or 3 hours later in the night again.
