TV: Bob Wells

Recently, I came across a Wikipedia article on Bob Wells, a Cleveland television personality known for being "Houlihan the Weather Man", as well as being Chuck Schodowski's sparring partner on WJW's comedy / movie show, "Houlihan and Big Chuck". In 1979, Wells relocated to Tampa Bay where, according to the article, he and his wife hosted a short-lived program on WCLF called "Horizons 22":

I thought I also seen Wells doing duties on other stations as well -- I recall him hosting the local segments of "The Baxters" on WFLA, as well as doing the weather on WTOG, after starting up a 10PM newscast. Anyone know of Wells' TV history in Tampa Bay?
