TV Field Measurments

OK question to the Group.
Have Any of you TV Engineers out there done any TV field Point measurements?
If So what gear did you use. and is it Possible to lease or rent some of the Gear needed to do so? receiver antenna and Portable 30 foot mast.ect.
I am the Engineer for a Philly AM station But I am also involved in a Jersey shore Non-Com station thats looking to do a Power Increase. and I must take Measurements to Protect WPVI-6... is the WPVI Engineer on this board so we can talk?
