TV Guide listings from the mid to late 50s, Mountain time zone

It would be interesting to see what pattern prime-time was shown in Mountain time in the days before videotape time delay. I'm assuming there was a Western network feed, but it would seem that the Mountain zone would have followed the Eastern zone pattern, and Pacific the Central pattern, except show like Lawrence Welk that were shown live coast to coast, 6 pm Pacific, 9 PM Eastern
