TV LAND and Marathon programming

Has anyone noticed that TV Land airs block programming? Here is an example, last Sunday they aired episodes of 3rd Rock from 4p-12a. They will run ten episodes of "The Andy Griffith Show" and then four episodes of "The Cosby Show". I don't understand their exteme programming habits????

Kind of unusual in that this block programming seems to often go well into their "TV Land Prime" slots. I do not get the block programming either as there doesn't seem to be rhyme or reason to their schedule. Yet another way TV Land is all over the map right now.

Look at tonight's schedule as an example. It totally goes against the TVLand Prime concept. Yet last night, it was "Cougars" all night. What that show has to do with their other programming is beyond me. Not that I'm complaining about an evening with Andy Griffith, but the programming staff is totally mishandling this channel.

It's a race to the gutter. Maybe their next reality program will star Anderson Cooper and be called "Tea Bagging." Or does Travel already have that covered in Bridget's Sexiest Beaches?
