TV LAND DEBUTS NEW LOGO "WHICH BETTER TARGETS A YOUNGER AUDIENCE"

Once again, I am so fortunate to get ME-TV. I'm greedy. I'd like Antenna TV, as well.

Even though I rarely watch TV Land programming, I liked their original logo. It could have been used for as long as TV Land continued to operate.

While I like the new logo, I don't like thew new slogan "Laugh More". It gives me the idea that TV Land will stop programming "Gunsmoke" and "Bonanza" soon, since they are not situation comedies. Even if those programs were to go, they may be available still through the Me-TV Network. I would not be surprised if they were to keep programming dramatic TV programs like TBS in spite of a slogan.

I don't know about others, but I considered a logo FAR MORE IMPORTANT than the actual programming, when choosing a channel to watch ::)

Pardon the typographical error "thew" for the word "the" in my previous post.

I like it. They needed a more updated logo as they update their programming.

However, isn't it kind of an embarrassment that their "flagship" show couldn't even crack a million views one (or two?) week recently?

It looks like the TV Guide logo as seen by somebody with astigmatism.

Although I don't care much about TV Land's original sitcoms, I'd rather see them doing those rather than junk like High School Reunion that they did a few years back. :p ::)

OK logo, but still won't be watching 19 minute shows with 15 minutes more of commercials...

I think it's funny how TV land is going with "Laugh more" while Canada's TV Land simply relaunched all together under it's new name "Comedy Gold".

Can't say I've watched TV Land in over a year. While watching Reba I did catch Lifetime's new logo. Looks like a drunk dyslexic created it.

There was a preview of TV Land's new logo when they were promoting the supposedly "live" TV Land Awards during Leave It To Beaver one day and then it wasn't shown again until this week when it was on for good.

I'm willing to think that they wouldn't drop any of their dramas just because "Laugh More" is indicated in their title. On the other hand, their original series (Hot In Cleveland, Happily Divorced, The Exes, Retired At 35, etc.) just don't make me laugh more but instead make me turn my stomach especially Fran Drescher.
