TV LAND WORKING ON 3 NEW COMEDIES

"HAPPILY DIVORCED" from Fran Drescher & Peter Marc Jacobsen of "Nanny" fame. The show
is based on Drescher's real life.........a woman who enters the dating world after discoverving
her husband is GAY (say what). Fran may also star in the show.

"RIP CITY" focuses on RIP CITY COLA company where a young, female, university graduate
becomes the new boss and havoc insues.

"EX MEN" from "Frasier" producer Mark Reisman. Not sure of the plot, maybe a butcher
knife is involved. (HA).

TV LAND is drawing upon the success of "Hot In Cleveland" as it attempts to air more new
shows.
