TV Listings in Poughkeepsie Newspaper?

I took a look at the TV page of Saturday's "Poughkeepsie Journal" and noticed these listings included among the ones from New York City and Albany/Schenectady:

NY 06- Is this some type of sports station?
W42AE- Listings matched those of WMHT-TV (PBS) channel 17 from Schenectady. Is this a translator station of sorts?
WRNN- Listed as channel 48. Is that for WRNN-DT (digital)?

"Of sorts" is right -- W42AE, owned by Dutchess Community College, shows several hours of telecourses each week during the school year. After hours and during holidays, WMHT is shown instead.

Yes, and it's the only signal from WRNN now; they switched their analog channel 62 signal off in 2004.

I'm not sure on NY 06 - Back in the late 90s, 6 on the Hudson Valley cable systems was local news / access. They had a local newscast, which I thought was shuttered back a bit...
