TV One Revamping?

Yesterday, as I was channel-surfing, I landed on TV One and on the right top corner, it reads "Countdown to an All New TV One". Could the cable network be revamping itself?

I dunno about a change in programming, but they are introducing a new logo and on-screen look.

Not if a certain digital subchannel network "bounces" to get them first. ::)

I'm frequent viewer of TV One, and much of its programming already skews towards females anyway. The programming strategy won't change a whole lot dramatically; what helps TV One, compared to Bounce and Aspire, is that they have the financial backing (Radio One and Comcast) to acquire and produce its own programming. Bounce has a few original series, including a sitcom starring Omar Gooding (Cuba Jr.'s little brother) and a stand-up comedy show, but its production values aren't really even basic cable quality.
