TV question

Yes and no. News 12 Westchester exists, and is based out of Yonkers, but so does News 12 Hudson Valley. It's based out of West Nyack. There's also News 12 Long Island, New Jersey, The Bronx, Brooklyn and Connecticut.
 
I'm aware of the other variables of News 12 across the Northeast; I just had no idea that there was a News 12 Hudson Valley when I knew one for Westchester existed.
 
From what I've seen of N12 Hudson Valley (on the Cablevision "Ramapo" system in Rockland), it's just News 12 Westchester with some separate local commercials and community calendar announcements. I see occasional news stories there from Rockland, but I get the impression those are also being aired on the Westchester version. (Even the bug usually says "News 12 Westchester"; the "Hudson Valley" shows up in show opens, mostly.)
