TV Schedule Discrepancy

According to all online guides (and the one built into my DTV converter box), the Quad Cities' RTV station is supposed to air classic Archie cartoons at 8 A.M. with Leave It To Beaver immediately following. Instead, some Western show is on during that hour. Does RTV even have Archie cartoons?
