TV Schedules for KMTP's 33.2 and KCNS's 38.2?

Does anyone knows where to find the TV Schedules for KMTP's 33.2 and KCNS's 38.2?

It is not listed anywhere on stations' sites (KCNS doesn't even have a website) and the TV Guides I found doesn't have the listings either.....

Can anyone of you help?
