"TV STATION IN A BOX"

I'm looking for leads for software/hardware "TV Station In a Box" which allows for professional-level TV station programming program source/server control for a small local origination channel.

A trip to the next NAB Convention is in the cards for me, but I need a thread to start on.

I would look to be able to control commercial insertion, program playing, being able to take in satellite originated programming.
