TV Station KLEP Newark gone

Newark Public schools has taken KLEP, channel 17 off the air per the FCC's website. I assume they still have their FM station.

They reportedly surrendered the TV license because of the cost to
construct and build a digital television facility. I believe the
KLEP-TV programming was to still be available via a cable public
access channel.
