the only one i have used is called radio stationworld.com (formerly named tv/radioworld.com) still has tv and radio stations listings by states and has fcc information. hopes this helps you.
Antennaweb.org is the closest thing to what you're looking for. It has the ability to approximate signal strength for both analog & digital stations right down to streetlevel locations. It's not perfect, but the program has a fair degree of accuracy, and it takes local topography into consideration as well. Enter your zipcode, fine tune your location on the map, and click 'continue'. A chart will be produced that lists stations in order of signal strength. The only drawback is the program is using a database thats a few years old...
