TV tower in Texas Collapses

KLTV's 1000 foot tower collapsed this morning. Topped with a 78 foot antenna for their analog (7) and digital (10) signals. KLTV is an ABC affiliate for Tyler TX. Too bad this has to happen period, but especially right before Super Bowl weekend.

The stations's website reported late Frday night:

KLTV Back On Air

KLTV’s main broadcast tower collapsed this morning, cutting our transmission all around East Texas.

If you use an antenna to pick us up, there is a temporary signal, newly installed... It should work within a 25 mile radius of the Tyler city limits.
By late afternoon Saturday, KLTV hopes to have a new transmitter installed and be broadcasting at close to our original signal.
Also, the following providers have KLTV back on the air:

Cox Communications: Tyler, Jacksonville, Athens,Mineola, Gladewater, Henderson, Winnsboro, Grand Saline, Mt. Pleasant, Mt. Vernon, and Sulphur Springs.
