TVAustin texa TV bug on Fort Myers Station

I realize this isn't a TV disscussion board but can someone familure with how ABC TV distributes their network tell me how it was that Austin TV station KVUE's video bug ( that thing in the right lower corner of the screen with call letters or net logo on it) turned up throughout the ABC 6:30pm EDT feed on WZVN in Fort Myers Tuesday evening?
 
Their main relay may have gone out and they had to get an alternate signal. It's only a guess as I look at the ABC college football television maps during the season and i notice stations are 'connected' where it appears one station may feed another.

Will of course defer to the TV people when they see this.
