The Edge handles alternative and pretty well considering they've also taken on The Eagle's load of music.
What the Edge has done with their sinking numbers is impressive.
Their new music alternative format wasn't working and The Eagle's active rock format tanked, so they've morphed the two together.
Another alternative station could hurt KDGE a bit, but it would stay with a low 2 share, not bill as well as KDGE and always come in second. Why do that?
Twister to classic country COULD work if it's programmed correctly.
Country Legends in Houston has fairly good music, but they only have one air talent. You must have the full package to be successful.
Dallas has enough population to warrant a full-time Hurban-reggaeton station, but I'd rather see KASA fix it's own damn mess than put the burden on another frequency.
