I have Two AM stations with FM translators serving 3 counties in North Central Florida market 85 DMA. Station 1 has 5 acres at the tower site. 2.5 acres being used, remainder could be developed or home built on it. Well and septic installed. Station 2 has a favorable and assignable lease for the tower, studio/office building. Great opportunity for owner/operator. Owner wants to retire and wishes to sell both stations together.
