two bay on the old wcmc-am/fm site

I mentioned a few years back about a new two bay on the very top of the old wcmc site on new jersey avenue, does anyone know what station this is....?
 
WEZW ... the 93.1 frequency used to have the calls WDTH, if I recall, but for some reason they were changed. Everyone was speculating that it would lead to some new format being broadcast on 93.1, but it has remained a simulcast of 96.1 The Touch. Was any explanation ever given for the change?
 
Wasn't 93.1 housed on the WSJI/WMID-FM/WAIV 102.3 tower on Rio Grande, with a small two bay, under the four bay which I believe Lucky 98.7 also used way back when....why the move to the New Jersey avenue tower, I believe WCMC-FM used it years back, they had a very small four bay half way up, (60ft or so) it was still there 4 years ago LOL....

Why pay tower rent when you don't have to? Equity owns the New Jersey Ave tower. 93.1 has a rather nice signal at only 223 feet.
