two big comebacks

When was the last time you heard a Ginuwine or Maxwell song played on a hip hop station? Congratulations to these two artists, because in today's radio, that's a major accomplishment.

And don't forget the other big comeback - Whitney Houston with her new song getting alot of urban radio playk.

It is great to hear Maxwell and Whitney Houston back on the radio, a nice break from the other stuff on the radio. Brings back good memories from the 90s.

I haven't heard Whitney's song played here in the DFW.

Though I like them, K104 and 97.9 are two of the youngest skewing big city r and b stations in the country.

I have heard the new Whitney on WGCI, WPGC and WVEE, though it is true the song is much bigger on Urban AC. I think the song would make a nice break from the Little Wayne on K104 and 97.9.

You are right about K104 and 97.9. It took K104 up til Maxwell's "Pretty Wings" reached #2 on the R&B charts to start playing it on airtime. They were really late but I'm glad they are finally playing it. I like that new Whitney Houston song "I Look To You". I hear that song everyday on "The Steve Harvey Morning Show". I would prefer K104 to play that song since K104 does have more R&B music in their playlist than 97.9. Ya'll need to check out her other new single "Millon Dollar Bill". That song is off the hook, and the thing about it is, it is produced by Swiss Beatz. You would never think that beat would be created by someone who produces mainly Hip-Hop beats. He did a great job on that track.
