Two CHR’s on 95.1 In Riceboro, GA?

In Riceboro, GA, I was listening to WAPE Jax , and was starting to die , but then came mixes of that and talking , then “So Easy (To Fall In Love)” on the unknown and “Taste” on WAPE. Then, “Stargazing” on unknown before deciding to switch the channel. What is this station?

Assuming that you weren't receiving a deluge of stations due to ionospheeric conditions, my best guess would be the IHeart-owned WMGB-FM licensed to Montezuma, GA, just south of Macon. It's possible that that one might show up during tropospheric conditions in Riceboro.

And I'd say that you are probably more correct than I am. There is also the outside possibility that @random User is receiving interference from W236CC, WLPT's translator in Richmond Hill, GA, though his description doesn't fit the format of that station.
And , looking at playlists for both mentioned , it was 95.1 SSX. Probably some tropo going on.

Do you normally just receive WAPE? It's 100 miles away and WSSX is 120. This seems pretty normal to happen periodically, especially if planes fly overhead.
