Two KC translators dead air for a week

They've both been just on with silence for a week, since Valentine's day. The other signals owned by Alpine are fine, at least on the FM side.
As for Kansas City, it wasn't hit as hard as some other areas by the cold weather. Anyone know anything about what's wrong with those signals?
