Two Legal ID's on 1550: KQNM/Milan (1100) and KKJY/ABQ (1550)

Recently, KKJY 1550 at the top of hour features, very quickly, a man stating "KQNM MILAN!" followed by the KKJY woman, "Soft Favorites, on KKJY 1550 Albuquerque."

On the FCC am query, there is an APP for 1100 to operate from Rio Rancho.

"Change of Community of License from MILAN, NM to RIO RANCHO, NM"

"ND2 - Non-directional Antenna: Different constants day and night"

What are the details with this?

KKJY has a format that isn't common and I'm curious as to their TSL. For me doing work in my office it can be up to 4 hours at a time.

[EDIT]

The TSL for KKJY in the Spring Book was The Highest in the Market!!! for english formats
15:30 or 62 quarter Hours Thats in the 25-54 Demo!

[EDIT]
KRKE TSL was Ranked 20th and KABG was Ranked 23rd in 25-54 OUCH

While there a more to the formula than simply TSL, you are to be commended CC.
Do you think your gains came at the expense of KMGA?

I guess KQNM 1100 has gotten its transmitter back up after having its ground system stolen. Good to see it's back up. I took a look at the application to move it into Rio Rancho/Albuquerque, and I noticed this has either been in the works for quite some time or had a lot of typos. The application kept showing it as KRKE, and the KRKE calls haven't been there since 1600 took them in 2005. Maybe Davis will be able to get the KQEO calls back from Idaho and put them on 1100? I have to give him credit for at least being willing to try to preserve Albuquerque radio history.
