From RadioInsight: FCC To Hold Translator Filing Window For Remaining Tech Box Proposals
From Article:
"The 29 proposals were previously considered mutually exclusive in the 2003 filing window. Original applicants may file minor amendments to power, height, directional pattern, and/or channel. Any application not filed by May 21 or that proposes a major change will be dismissed."

There are two of them around Austin.
Also from article:
"BNPFT 20030314BCV 147789 AUSTIN TX 221 LISA LOPEZ
BNPFT 20030314BBS 147642 GREENSHORES TX 222 PRIMERA IGLESIA EVANGELICA DE APOSTOLES Y PROFETAS"
Does this mean two new signals could pop up somewhere in Austin? The first is owned by Cotton Broadcasting which runs several formats, while the second is owned by a church which has been selling all their other recently granted translator CPs.
I don't believe these folks would want 92.1 or 92.3 (channels on the applications), as both are probably too close to some of the many K-Love stations in the area.
