Nice! Always enjoy reading bandscans from this part of the country.
Your experiences reflect mine in both of those locations. Only station I thought I would see but did not was Lima's WIMT (102.1) from Troy. That's the powerful country station T102 that transmits from northern Auglaize County, maybe 40 air miles or so from Troy, and I've heard it there myself. Not surprised you didn't hear Celina's WKKI on 94.3, but that's probably buried in Troy by 94.5's hash.

I did get T102 with a pretty good signal in Troy, but somehow forgot to include it in the bandscan. Speaking of T102, I once got them in Grand Rapids, MI mixing with WMUK during a southerly tropo opening this past January.

My Kings Island scan was done at ground level with my little pocket HD Radio. I planned on going up to the top of the Eiffel Tower (300 feet above ground level) and doing a bandscan from there, but I wasn't feeling the best that day (I had barfed on a roller coaster from a combination of a big breakfast and the extreme heat; it was about 95 degrees and humid that day).

Huh, Pretty nice work there from Kings Island! I do understand all of the radio station signals expect for 97.5. I know that 97.9 WNCI can pick up in Kenwood very weakly because of it's 175KW.
I would go on for all of these radio stations. But I think giving too much detail of all of those radio stations would be confusing to other users. If there a person who like so much detail of Cincinnati, or other cities close to Cincinnati. I would be happy to tell.
Should I post bandscans on the board in My travels?

If You heard a country signal on 98.1 WBUL might be there. If it's a rock station, That might be Delhi WDTZ. Or a community station it is WUDR from Dayton.
These three radio stations could be possibility for this dial. But I haven't tuned into that dial near King Island.

The more bandscans, the better IMO! I like seeing them, especially from the part of the country where I live (I am in suburban Columbus).

I am going to post bandscans soon. Now, I just posted Florence, KY's Bandscan. You should see it. It includes one of You're local stations.
