Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation has an immediate opening for a Sales Manager for our South Arkansas Operations. We own and operate 15 radio stations in the State of Arkansas and we will be adding more in the near future. We currently need a Sales Manager to take over an existing account list. (Our current SM was snatched up by a bigger market). The income potential is great; this same list has produced $50,000 + annual salary for our SM. The good news is, we believe that it can go higher... much higher. The ability to book business in our other markets is available, making our SM's income potential even higher.
We are particularly interested in anyone with proven sales techniques and training. RAB certifications are a plus, but not required. We do utilize training with T.O.M.A., the RAB, the ABA, and more. We also cross train with some of our other markets. The stations this SM will represent are our #1 rated Country Station (100,000 watts). South Arkansas' only Classic Rock station and the only Sports Talk AM in South Arkansas. We do provide a base salary, plus commission, plus over-rides on the sales of the AE’s and Senior AE’s on staff. We also have a bonus program for exceeding goals, we offer a gas allowance, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance and a cell phone allowance. Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation has an immediate opening for a Promotions Coordinator / On Air Talent. This truly is a multi-tasked position that requires the ability to see several projects through at a time. With six stations in El Dorado, this position will need a person who has experience in promotions. Thinking outside of the box is the main ingredient to success.
We also own and operate a weekly community newspaper, any previous print experience will be a plus. Because of the need to travel for remotes, ballgames, and covering events... the right candidate will need a good driving record.
This position will require an on air shift. The right person is creative thinking with a "team-player" attitude.
