Two PBS show titles

I watched a lot of PBS (WQLN from Erie) and TVO in my preschool days preceding 1991. There are two shows I remember seeing between 1988 and 1990, but I cannot remember the titles of for the life of me:

- One had a ventriloquist with a dummy, and the show open had a close-up shot of a TV set with the one knob changing channels without anyone touching it. Each channel had a different shot of the ventriloquist and dummy doing something. This was on WQLN, in the early afternoon.

- The other had a boy and a girl who had a computer that talked, and had a big blue screen that looked like something off Jeopardy!. It was very cheesy early 80s material. I think it was on WQLN, but it might've been on TVO.

Any help would be appreciated.
