Two pirates Union County area

In Westfield now, picking up a hip-hop pirate on 90.1 and a religious pirate on both 103.1 and 106.5. Must be coming out of Plainfield.

WVPH 90.3 complained to the FCC about the interference from the 90.1 pirate in Plainfield last summer located only 5 miles from our transmitter site. The FCC fined them $10,000, guess they never paid and completely ignored the NAL.

It's sad that even when I complain on behalf of a licensed station about a pirate, it doesn't get shut down. The FCC's supposed to prioritize complaints by licensed stations getting interference in their 54 dBu contour.
