Both 1030 KCWJ and it's translator on 92.7, as well as 97.7 KNIU-LP, are Radio Vida. KNIU-LP broadcasts a station from Weslaco TX while KCWJ and the translator seem like local programming.
Everything is in Spanish and Christian.

The Radio Vida out of Weslaco is part of Christian Ministries of The Valley. In addition to having several full power affiliates, mostly in Texas, its programming appears on multiple LPFM's and translators. It doesn’t list any KC area stations on its webpage, but, as we've discussed before, that’s not too surprising.

The flagship of that network is KRGE 1290, which ran a top-40/CHR format until 1988. It was one of the last AM top-40 stations in Texas that wasn’t a simulcast of an FM and switched to SMN oldies, which it kept until selling to Christian Ministries of The Valley in 1991. It was also a sister station to KRGV TV 5 and KRIX 99.5.

Typically, religious programming doesn’t operate with market exclusivity. Bott and Salem, for example, air many of the same programs. In the handful of markets where both own stations, you can hear the same programs across both, though most air at separate times.

Interesting.

KNIU-LP was silence all day yesterday, and today is playing songs exclusively by Oscar Medina. Like this one.
There are gaps in between songs like they are playing a CD or just from Spotify.

KNIU is back to Radio Vida from Texas... Meanwhile I heard KCTO and 92.7 calling themselves Aliento Del Cielo.
