Two ratings on a TV Show?

I was watching Saved by the Bell on E! this morning. (Yeah I was surprised they were airing something besides The Kardashians). Anyway when Saved by the Bell show started there was a TV Y-7 Rating in the upper left corner of the show. The E! Channel super-imposed their own TV PG Rating overt the TV Y-7 rating. Why the two different ratings for the same show? BTW in my opinion some of the topics of the show are a little risque for 7 years olds so I do agree it needs a higher rating than TV Y- anyway. (Not that I believe in these stupid ratings things anyway).

I never liked seeing ratings like those obscure part of a TV program.

When Deal or no Deal was on, it was rated TV PG on NBC, but repeats on CNBC were rated TV 14, which never made any sense to me. I think the ratings for it on GSN now are PG.

I've seen this done but don't remember any specific examples.

When the CW station in Charlotte (which was Fox for years before a sale) airs "The Simpsons" (and I'm not saying they do this themselves) there is a TV-14 in the upper right corner, when the ratings are supposed to be in the upper left. And I have seen a different rating in the upper left corner in the past.

Perhaps a better question: why would anyone actullay watch Saved by the Bell?
I enjoyed it! Now I had a hard time with the college version, and it took a long time to get used to new characters on the original show. Screech was fun but his character was evolving in a more mature direction before he made that comeback.
