TWO UNIDENTIFIED LOCAL FM STATIONS

Old-time AM DXer but new to FM...in Coeur d'Alene, ID...Spokane, WA is
30 miles west. I'm hearing two unidentified stations that I can't find anywhere
in W9WI's great lists or elsewhere:
1) on 100.5 running the "Republic Broadcasting Network" and identifying
as such. Checked their elaborate website but no listing of specific stations.
Talk shows & a myriad of advs with 800-numbers, nothing local. Per the
website, have tons of outlets for their programming, some of which is conspiracy stuff, fringe or "alternative" programming, I guess. LOUD, so
must be in either Spokane or CdA, I'd think.
2) on 99.5 another LOUD station never seemingly giving any kind of identification or even clue, with an amateur sounding DJ playing fairly
far-out (to me) music and some commentary. Would this be someone who
nevertheless needs to be licensed, or not? Sorry for the dumb question.
Any help appreciated!

I would check the FCC database. Its down until the 20th for maintanence but they have everything including LP and translator stations. If its not on the FCC's website, you can consider it a pirate.

Thanks, spunker!
Pretty sure 99.5 is a local pirate.
Think 100.5 Republic Broadcasting may be possibly leasing KQZB, Troy, ID.
They sure DON'T give legal IDs that I've heard, only the "Republic Broadcasting" along with their ultra-rightwing programming.

The 100000watts.com database shows KQZB as contemporary Christian. I think it's being leased out by the Way-FM network.

In my experience, most of the affiliates of the "patriot" networks like Republic and GCN are unlicensed. Considering what they broadcast, it's no surprise that they don't have a lot of interest in FCC regulation, after all!

According to their website and Wikipedia "Republic Broadcasting" is not avaliable on any FM stations, they are only on internet stream and satellite. Even if a low power FM station was somehow broadcasting this, they'd still have to insert hourly IDs and you said they weren't so Im going to have to say theyre a pirate.

Pretty sure they're both pirate stations. Nothing in any logs I've seen "fits".
My guess would be Spokane based, or possibly here in N Idaho. Thanks,
Spunker.
