When i read that WGOG Wahalia got a CP to move to 101.7 after having a CP to move into Greenville at 105.5 for several years i knew something was up. Now radio insight is reporting that an Asheville area station is looking to move to 105.1fm with an improved Asheville signals. With that move it will allow 96.7 Mauldin to upgrade to full class A non directional facilities on 104.9 fm. Now they are asking 104.7 out of Charlotte to be reclassified as a C0 and that 104.9 Clemson be moved to 105.5 fm at current facilities. These moves are tied to an upgrade of a NE Georgia station at 105.1 fm to C3 status. There must be some opprotunity around 96.7 that i can not find at this point to serve the market better.

I'm dizzy.

K-104.7 needs to do something. I lived in NC in the early 80s but on a hill where I got really good signals from Columbia and sometimes Charleston, and WNOK gave the Charlotte station a lot of trouble even there.
