Two words to describe HD Radios!

Digitizing the 10.7 MHz IF is hard task, decoding the 1's and 0's are even harder task in the DSP.

If you spent all of this dsp horsepower improving AM analog reception it could be practically noise free and flat to 9.5 kHz!
